Here is the cover of a new Serbian language edition of The Last Book. The novel is scheduled to appear in September, as another edition of Zavod. The same Belgrade based publisher brought out in late 2009 and early 2010 Zivkovic’s collected prose works in Serbian and English in two volumes each.

Another additional print-run of L’Ultimo Libro
After the initial print-run of 10,000 copies of the Italian edition of The Last Book was sold out in just over a month, an additional print-run followed in early March. Only two months later the time has come for the second additional print-run. L’Ultimo Libro is now one of TEA’s bestselling titles…
Two Impossible Stories covers
Here are the covers of Impossible Stories – the second volume of Zoran Zivkovic’s collected prose works. Two editions, in Serbian and English, will be published by Zavod in late June. Last October Zavod brought out the first volume – Novels.
Impossible Stories comprises 11 mosaic-novels: Time Gifts, Impossible Encounters, Seven Touches of Music, The Library, Steps through the Mist, Four Stories till the End, Twelve Collections, The Bridge, Miss Tamara the Reader, Amarcord and Compartments – a total of 70 stories and novellas (over 280,000 words).

On April 18th the theatrical company “DireitoÀcena” from Porto launched the play “Infernal Library” based on Zoran Zivkovic’s story from the 2003 World Fantasy Award winning mosaic novel “The Library”.

Following the great success of The Last Book, the Italian publisher TEA decided to proceed bringing out Zoran Zivkovic’s books with the 2003 World Fantasy Award winning mosaic-novel The Library. The book is scheduled to appear in January 2011. Another massive promotional campaign is expected.

The Eulama Literary Agency has sold the Brazilian rights in Zoran Zivkovic’s best-selling novel The Last Book to the São Paulo based Editora Octavo Ltda for publication in October 2010.
